Nordic Simple Photography LED Dimming Floor Lamp

I recently purchased the Nordic Simple Photography LED Dimming Floor Lamp from your company. I’m very disappointed with this purchase for a number of reasons. The first being that it is not dimmable as advertised. The ability to dim the lamp was one of the main reasons I selected to purchase it from your company. The second reason for my disappointment is that the lamp does not have the same sleek design as pictured in your advertisement. The design pictured in your advertisement is that of the superloon floor lamp designed by Jasper Morrison. However, the lamp you sent has a bulky base where the legs attach to the paddle portion. Additionally, the electrical connections were incomplete. There were wires that came out of the paddle and wires coming out of the leg, but they were not connected. There were no plugs or wire nuts provided to make a safe connection. The directions provided with the lamp were absolutely useless as they were strictly written in Chinese. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this lamp given the price. I would like to know what if anything your company intends to do to make this up to me. When I attempted to contact you by telephone the number provided sent me to a robocall for medical alert & when I tried to leave that call I was transferred to a cell phone provider robocall. I only gave your company a star as I had to give at least one star just so I could write a review. My advice to potential customers is find another company to do business with. Gary
